Requirements for the competition materials
Information projects published during the Reporting period of the competition are allowed to participate in the Competition. The reporting period of the 2024 competition is from November 01, 2023 to September 25, 2024.
The Applicant's competition project must correspond to the subject and nominations of the Competition.
Applicants from print media provide scanned copies of materials in electronic form, stored in chronological order.
Applicants from TV companies provide video materials presented as separate files in .avi, .mov, .mp4 format, or as a link on a website or video hosting, the timing is at least 150 seconds. Each video clip is submitted as a separate file (blocks are not accepted). When using musical accompaniment, it is necessary to specify the music and text authors and to respect copyrights.
Applicants from radio companies provide audio materials of radio programs and radio reports in the form of separate audio files or links to materials published on editorial websites or representative offices on social networks, lasting at least 150 seconds, on-air references, as well as text transcripts of audio materials.
Applicants from online media provide links to the Internet pages of publications, projects and materials, as well as screenshots of Internet pages.
Applicants of photo projects provide photographs in the amount of at least 10 copyrighted works in electronic formats .tiff, .jpg, .png with a resolution of at least 300 dpi, image size of at least 3000 pixels on the wide side.
Applicants for social media projects (blogs, communities and groups, YouTube channels) provide links and screenshots of pages posted on the Internet.
All submitted Competition projects must be the Author's works of the Participants of the Competition. It is not allowed to submit Competitive projects burdened with the rights of third parties.
The competition projects must not contain texts, videos and images of a sexual nature, violence, discrimination, vandalism reflecting the bodily suffering of people and animals; information in any form humiliating the dignity of a person or a separate national group of people.
The competition projects submitted for the Competition, their content, plot, action of stage persons and characters must not contradict the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Excluded are: information about sponsors; names of political figures and parties; religious figures and movements; advertising, scenes of vandalism, violence against people and animals; humiliation of the dignity of an individual or a separate national group; obscene and offensive expressions.
