Application deadline for the "Honest View" Media Award is changed to September 15, 2025
By the decision of the Organizing Committee of the Media Award, the awarding ceremony will take place in Moscow as part of the International Cooperation Forum scheduled for October. The Forum is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of public diplomacy, which is celebrated this year in the Russian Federation.
In this regard, the deadline for submitting applications for the competition has been moved from October 1 to September 15, 2025. The relevant changes are reflected on the official website of the Media Award at https://honest-view.press.
The International Cooperation Forum will be held in Moscow on October 24-25, 2025, and will bring together more than 1,000 participants. In addition to the theme of public diplomacy, the agenda of the Forum will include the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the global struggle against neocolonialism and neo-nazism, the promotion of traditional spiritual and moral values, as well as the preservation of human capital. The results of the event will lead to the adoption of a resolution based on the approaches developed during thematic sessions, including proposals for uniting the international community in the fight against neo-nazism and establishing a multipolar world order based on principles of mutual respect.
Participants of the final events of the "Honest View" Media Award will have the opportunity to attend the Plenary session of the Forum, as well as specialized media sessions.
Despite sanctions pressure and attempts to discredit Russia, our country continues to attract those who share the values of good neighborliness, cooperation, and mutual respect. The Forum will unite scientists, experts, and professionals in the fields of education, culture and media.
The theme of developing public diplomacy and building friendly relations between Russia and foreign states is included in the list of nominations for this year’s Media Award.

Currently, applications for the Media Award have been received from 24 countries: Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Belarus, Burkina Faso, Vietnam, Georgia, Zambia, India, Iceland, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Mali, Nepal, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Uzbekistan, Finland, France, Ecuador, and South Africa.
